A small, privately owned boutique hotel, a warm friendly ‘local’, a superb restaurant serving carefully sourced seasonal food, all set at the edge of the stunning West Sussex countryside.

Applicants should have previous Bar & Waiting experience, as well as outgoing and friendly personalities, enthusiasm, drive, team spirit and enjoy providing customers with first class service.

If you think you fit the bill, are available to commence work next week and are able to commit to working for a period of 6 months, we would love to hear from you.
Last but not least we offer a competitive salary of £6.25 per hour, minimum 40 hours per week, very good accommodation, at a charge of £50 per week each, in a clean and pleasant staff house that is 3 minutes walk away, 1 meal per day provided on working days.
