Senior Planner within Established Property Company
Ref: 6371 London
A very well established company which has received several top awards, requires a senior planner to handle a varied caseload from inception to completion within a very busy fast-paced team. You will be handling a varied range of applications from 10 to 700 units, mainly Brownfield sites but some mixed-use as well.
The successful applicant would have handled major applications within either the public or private sector within the UK & be looking for a temporary/contract position that will become permanent.
This company provides services for London and the Home Counties. They offer almost as many types of homes as there are types of homeowner, due to their growth, financial stability, strength and commitment, this is an opportunity second-to-none.
Rate £20-24 per hour
