With an engineering background behind you and working in the LUL environment you will need to be fully aware of the requirements that this entails, specifically in relation to Health & safety and correct methodology for all construction processes.

The work involves initially installing an RC staircase as part of a pilot project, valued at £200,000, for this major station overhaul and is intended to place the contractor in pole position to secure the following major packages. You must be extremely competent in writing and preparing Method Statements to a high specification of content and timescale.

There will be a minor amount of setting out required but the main role is to act as the contractor’s representative on site and to develop a positive relationship with the client. This will be a very busy role and is envisaged to take 14 – 16 weeks to complete.
