Job Description
The Practice acts solely for Property Developments, Car Showrooms, Offices and Industrial Developments providing monitoring surveying services. Initially the candidate will be carrying out site inspections and preparing progress reports and payment certificates to facilitate drawdown from the budget.

Requirements
Applicants should have 3yrs + experience in a PQS or contracting background. Good communication and organisational skills are a must for this role.
