Job Description

Required to deal with repairs and maintenance issues to residential properties and assisting the principal surveyor. You will have previous experience of inspecting tenanted properties to diagnose defects. Duties would include producing specifications, tendering works, appointing and monitoring contractors and inspecting completed works. Experience gained in either a local authority or housing association is necessary, as is IT literacy and use of a vehicle.
