Their staff play an important part in ensuring facilities are well run helping to forge strong links with local communities with their responsibility for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Assessed Works and Capital investment Works in managed sites high on the agenda. To achieve they require committed, dynamic, self-motivated individuals who enjoy variety in their work, like meeting people, enjoy challenge and solving problems. You will be working with site managers, complementing a technical team already established on each location.
You will need to possess an appropriate technical qualification, have at least 3 years’ experience in similar leisure-related roles, and be numerate with good communication skills. Knowledge of pools and pool plant will be an advantage. In return the client offers an industry-beating salary plus a top quality package including car, mobile phone and laptop computer.

Reporting to the Head of Property Services, the successful candidates will responsible for, among others:
All aspects of PPM works – contracts, contractor monitoring, financial control
M&E Capital works and project work
Emergency works and breakdowns
General technical assistance to sites
Site monitoring -especially related to pool plant maintenance
Conditions or dilapidations surveys/inspections
Health & Safety auditing/inspections
Utilities costs reduction
Staffing/training requirements of Contract and Site Engineers
Involvement in Capital and Revenue budgets
Production of life cycle and maintenance costs for New Business Development
