Expanding Fit Out and Dry Lining Firm with a current turnover of £7m seeks a dynamic and career minded Surveyor with a view to manage all Commercial aspects of the company. This role incorporates some Estimating and Client liaison and development. It would suite a Senior Surveyor seeking the next step up or a junior surveyor looking to make a fast tracked career progression into taking full financial control of up to 4 projects at any given time. Projects range in value from £50k – £1.5m and the company has a view to increase turnover to £10m by the end of 2006. Previous experience in this sector is desirable and candidates need to possess some form of Construction Qualification.

Salary: Up to £45k + package
