Job Description
This is a residential scheme with the piling completed, and the contractor moving on to set out for basement excavation, drainage, sub and then superstructure.
You will be conversant with current setting out equipment, knowledgeable on RC, groundworks and associated services and both hard and soft landscaping requirements, be able to read and interpret drawings, being able to clearly relay and communicate this information to the site personnel.
Working for the groundworker on a 5 ½ day week, you will have worked on busy sites and will probably have a minimum of 3 years experience on similar projects to enable you to understand the sequence of events, thus planning ahead. You will be ably assisted by an excellent foreman and good tradesmen.
A long run of work makes this project especially attractive to freelancers.
