Their portfolio comprises residential housing schemes, commercial and office developments, retail-related investment projects and projects in the leisure and tourist sector.

We need a very enthusiastic individual to join the company in a junior capacity with the prospects of an excellent career path ahead. Your role will be to take the initial rough sketches and programmes that are hand drawn and in notation form arising from meetings and discussions and to put them into a basic and workable format for review.

The company has enjoyed phenomenal sales success in their recently completed project with only the last phase of 30 two-bedroom apartments, one 'Premiere Suite' and one penthouse available in the development’s main apartment building. Most of the apartments benefit from the use of glass fronted balconies and full height architectural glazing to provide a light contemporary ambience whilst maximising the views on offer. Furthermore, because they are located at the end of the main apartment building, some of the apartments feature views over the Capital from both the front and rear of the property.

Coming from an Engineering background you will be aware of the importance of including all relevant information in the programme at an early stage, so that the project can be properly evaluated by all the professionals involved. You will be fully conversant in Primavera or similar.
