Providing a comprehensive range of construction services to the public and private sectors with contract values ranging up to £18 million our client is a positive employer. For over 30 years they have developed their professional skills and technical know how in successfully completing traditional, partnership and design and build projects within London and the Home Counties.

We are currently looking to build on that background and experience, further developing the teams to take the company forward. To do that we need an additional Site & Project based Quantity Surveyors capable of running projects from £2 - £3 m up to £16 - £18m schemes. You will have a minimum of 4 – 5 years post qualification experience to fulfil this role and must be capable of training young graduates / trainees.

The construction division operates in virtually all market sectors of the industry working for public and private clients on residential, commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare projects. Experienced in all forms of contract including traditional, design and build, partnering and management contracts.

Construction operations are divided into Regional Divisions within the Company, the philosophy being that specific management expertise and knowledge is retained for future projects. Experienced and qualified staff are encouraged to build relationships and maintain a client focus to deliver the needs and aspirations of every client.

This approach has ensured that our client achieves a return client rate of 65%.
