Part III Qualified Architect with at least 3 years post qualification to work within a creative multi-disciplinary team environment in Bristol.

A creative approach backed up with sound technical knowledge and experience is essential. We work in a team environment where all members of our team play a key role in the performance of the office.

The ability to present to our clients and manage contractual situations is most important. Our objective is to ensure we can develop and promote our conceptual work, whilst recognising the commercial needs of both client and practice.

Current works are focusing on medium to high rise residential, commercial, education and government works. Skills within the above sectors would be desirable.
Given our expanding work load we are looking to expand the number of our design teams whilst aiming in parallel to enhance our design quality and performance.

• Part III RIBA qualification
  
• Recognised training in software packages ie. AutoCAD, Microstation, 3D packages, Graphics, and have a familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products.
  
• Approximately 3 to 7 years experience including design, project management and some site supervision.
  
• Effective time management, maybe allocated to multiple projects
  
• Experience of managing some projects and to have acquired an understanding of a range of specialisms.
  
• Be capable of providing limited advice in at least one market sector. For example education conservation sector experience an advantage.
  
• Commercial awareness and a flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken, and the level of responsibility accepted.
