TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYORS x 2
Oxfordshire or Wembley

You will work on site with an experienced Quantity Surveyor who will be your mentor.

Focusing on groundworks, earthworks and Reinforced Concrete structures, the company has been established for many years and is intent on expanding their market share.

The scope of activities ranges from reconciling dayworks sheets, phone calls to elicit material prices, working up quantities, researching materials for availability, producing spreadsheets, inputting site data, measuring completed and ongoing works, daily record keeping and other activities to suit the role.

There are two projects where there is a current need. The Wembley job has been running for some months, whilst the requirement in Oxfordshire is on a new project. This site is within reach of rail from the west London stations, though a car driver may be preferable.

A more experienced candidate would be considered in each situation and the salary band would be adjusted accordingly. Good opportunity for someone who is interested in construction and has a head for figures. Both these positions are for candidates who already have permission to live and work in the UK.
