Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Development Control Officer to work within a fast moving local authority. You will play a key role processing a mixed case load of medium to major development applications such as commercial, new build, residential and mixed use premises. Additional duties include negotiating S106 agreements and drafting committee reports. Essential requirements are 2-3 years experience as a DC officer with at least 6 months in a UK local authority.
