Job Description
ESTATES SURVEYOR
Location: North London
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £16-19p/h
As the Estates Surveyor to take a lead role on the operational and commercial property matters. You will ideally be MRICS qualified with knowledge and experience of:
- Landlord and tenant law
- Valuation
- Property Asset Management
- Rating & Red Book valuations is desirable
The post holder will be required to work to a high standard of professional competence and efficiency; the ability to communicate effectively; have a strong commercial awareness.
