Job Description
GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR
Location: London
Duration: 6 Months / 37.5 hours p/w
Rate: £22-26p/h
We are looking for an ambitious and well organised Chartered Surveyor to play a leading role in a small team. The work is largely project based in the areas of asset management¸ property review and physical regeneration.
You will be:
- MRICS/FRICS with at least five years experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- A motivated self starter capable of working with the minimum supervision
- Comfortable with the local government financial regime and business planning tools typically used in the public sector
- Experienced in initiating projects and instructing their management to deliver results
- Practised in managing staff, contractors and budgets
This is a six month contract with possibilities of extension.
