RETAIL ASSET MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR
Location: West End / London
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £16-18p/h
Our client is the commercial property investment and development arm of one of the largest UK quoted property companies with a commercial and retail portfolio valued at £1.1 billion. They are looking for a qualified surveyor with between 1 and 4 years pqe to undertake a mixed asset and day to day management role. The individual must have strong communication and management skills. Great opportunity to move to a leading clientside organisation and gain exposure to asset management work!

- Applicants to this job must have over 2 years experience
The post holder will be required to work to a high standard of professional competence and efficiency; the ability to communicate effectively; have a strong commercial awareness.
