RENT REVIEW SURVEYOR
Location: Hertfordshire
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £18-20p/h
A national retailer requires a qualified surveyor to focus on the negotiation and settlement of rent reviews and rating negotiations in relation to their stores. The individual should be a qualified surveyor with a proven track record in the negotiation of rent reviews within defined periods of time. Excellent opportunity to join a growing company.
The post holder will be required to work to a high standard of professional competence and efficiency; the ability to communicate effectively; have a strong commercial awareness.
