RETAIL ACQUISITIONS SURVEYOR
Location: Thames Valley
Duration: 6 Months
Rate: £20-25p/h
Retail Acquisitions Surveyor required for a regional retailer with some 1200 retail sites nation wide. You will work within their established property Department¸ dedicated to the acquisition of 60 + retail sites in the London / South East region.
You will provide professional and property advice to the area operations team and company. Experience in:
- Retail acquisition
- Disposals
- Lease renewals
- Capital development
- Compliance with financial and vires requirements
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Strategic planning and advice on property related corporate matters
This is a six month contract offering attractive rates of pay and an immediate start. The role can also be home based.
