Job Description
MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR
Location: Hertfordshire
Duration: 6 Months / 37.5 hours p/w
Rate: £18-23p/h
Preferably a qualified Management Surveyor, you will work within a local authority environment. The position requires you to have strong client liaison and relationship management to ensure that the service is delivered as effectively and efficiently as possible, your duties will include, but not restricted too:
- Management of the industrial / retail property portfolio
- Rent Review
- Lease Renewals
- Day to Day Property Management
- Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant
- Produce operational reports
The post holder must have the ability to communicate effectively; have a strong commercial awareness.
