Managing junior nurses and contributing to the development of nursing practice, you'll play a key role within the critical care unit.

To apply you'll need at least three years recent critical care experience at F Grade (including one year spent as a deputy sister or charge nurse or similar) and good leadership skills. An ENB 100 or completion of critical care course and evidence of study at academic level 3 and an ENB 998 or equivalent are essential.
