Job Description
A central London Borough requires an experienced Town Planner. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills (both written and oral), negotiation skills and time/people/process management skills.
Ideally with minimum 2-3 years Development Control experience (at least a year in the UK if from overseas) but keen to move into policy and projects type work.
Ability to work with little supervision, self-motivated and having the ability to see the bigger picture to seize upon potential opportunities coming out of disposals/development sites.
