Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Risk Data Manager to join a growing team as part of a major transformation programme. The team is responsible for the development and implementation of the divisional Risk Data Strategy, focusing on building an effective framework which supports significant enhancements to the quality, timeliness and flexibility in aggregation and reporting of risk information to support effective decision making and compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be ultimately responsible for driving the significant Risk Data change agenda and the subsequent transition to BAU. In order to do so, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate first class communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure all interested parties, including Exec level stakeholders, are brought to the table throughout the transformation process and involved in discussions around the following topics;
Compliance with BCBS239 Principles for Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting
Development and implementation of the Risk function's Data strategy
Development of an effective BAU framework for data governance, data management and data quality

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record delivering significant Change programmes with a specific focus on data governance, management, reporting etc. across all Risk management disciplines. You will have an in-depth understanding of the current regulatory requirements for (ideally Risk) Data and be able to influence a broad range of stakeholders to ensure a best in class solution is delivered.
