Job Description
This leading Contractor are actively looking for a pro-active PM to form part of their project team managing refurbishment works for a Leading UK Bank.
You will be a graduate with 3-4 years PQE and hold a full driving licence.
The role will involve Document handling – i.e. compliancy docs, H&S etc ensuring all these documentation are in place prior to works starting.
Processing of various site specific forms & docs (i.e. – guarding and alarm adjustments, & feedback forms etc)
Updating and managing job ‘tracker’.
Attending site: project managing and liaising with clients: of a Leading UK Bank on the work assignments
Managing various subcontractors to very tight dead lines to carry out the refurbishments.
You will be have a strong eye for detail. Carefully examining clients requirements, reading architectural drawings, resource planning.
Capable of dealing with clients & external suppliers in a highly professional and responsive manner.
Articulate & clearly spoken. Self motivated & possessing excellent client facing skills.
