Highly respected and established NHS Hospital is currently looking for a Day Care Leader to join their Oncology Department. Within this friendly and unique environment you will have the opportunity to take control of the unit helping them push it forward and help integrate the community.

You will show vision and good understanding of Palliative care in order to communicate, describing conditions and treatment, with patients and relatives. You will share the passion of the staff to create a warm and caring environment in which to make people feel welcome.

The Hospital is currently undergoing regeneration with huge emphasis on the Oncology unit. With the backing of the Trust and becoming a key player within the multi-disciplinary team you will have the autonomy to carry out your duties involving working within the community.
