Job Description
A prestigious role has arisen for a Team Leader to join a busy borough based in London. You will be required to manage a team of 6 administration staff and 8 Development Control Officers and deal with all strategic planning applications. You will offer planning advice to developers and their agents on pre-application proposals. You will deal with appeals, giving evidence at public inquiry and on occassion the High Court of appeal. You must be competent in negotiating with developers to achieve high quality sustainable schemes, and securing S106 planning obligations. This role will be initially for three months with a likely extension and will pay £25-30 per hour.
