Job Description

Responsible for repairs and maintenance to social housing stock for a large Housing Association. You will be required to inspect tenanted properties and diagnose defects. Duties will include producing specifications, tendering works, appointing and monitoring contractors and inspecting completed works. Previous experience of this role gained with a Housing Association or Local Authority is necessary.
