Job Description

The Risk Advisor will assume a key role in the implementation of the Main Contracting Group Management System and in the management of risk within this Specialist Division of the business, identifying benefits and associated risks, whilst ensuring that the process is both effective and efficient, and co-ordinating the collation and reporting of significant risks to Directors and the Main Contracting Group.

Key Activities
· Develop generic risk and opportunity registers and libraries (schedules
of “typical” risks and opportunities) with the support of each Product, Process and Function Group – facilitating identification workshops and co-ordinating the review and updating of such libraries

· Develop and providing training, instruction and guidance to project
teams across all business units, in the effective and efficient implementation and use of the Mansell risk and opportunity process

· Facilitate project specific workshops to identify specific opportunities
and risks – often on site

· Monitor and audit the opportunity and risk process, ensuring that
corrective action is implemented in the pursuit of continual improvement.

Ideally you will have 2-3 years experience with a main contractor and be looking to work in a group role with UK wide focus. Superb Career development available for the successful candidate.
