Job Description
One of the country’s largest commercial developer’s is actively looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a minimum 3 years post qualification experience. You will have good commercial awareness of the property industry and provide construction cost advice to the Corporate Real Estate Group. Set and monitor annual life cycle expenditure budgets. Excellent chance to move across to the client side with a leading market player.
