Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a large housing association based in Kent that are looking for a maintenance surveyor to work on a fixed term contract of 6 months duration. You will be responsible for undertaking external maintenance surveys and condition surveys of residential properties. A knowledge of identifying all defects to internal and external components, especially brickwork/windows/doors, roofs, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment.
You will also have to carry out pre and post inspections as well as liasing with contractors.
This is 6-month fixed-term contract that has a salary of £22,000 pro-rata per annum.
