Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager to work on a contract basis for a large and well-respected Housing Association.
You will project manage an extensive asset management programme in north London. Your role will be to liase with external and internal customers to ensure compliance with standards and procedures that delivers value for money. The Trust hopes the programme delivers a product that people wish to live in.
This is an interim role whilst the Trust recruits for this role on a permanent basis. The successful candidate who gains this position will also be allowed to apply for this permanent role.
