Job Description
My client is a mid sized (approximately 30 staff) Architectural practice in Central London whose current portfolio includes a 2 large Shopping Centre / Retail Developments and a Mixed -Use development consisting of retail, restaurants and a cinena.
An experienced Part II or Part III is required to take a large retail project through the construction phase / documentation. Knowledge of UK building regulations, proven experience producing drawing packages and strong Microstation skills are essential.
Another position is available for a 3D proficient Microstation Operator to produce presentation and planning drawings as well as feasilbility studies.
