You will be working on one of the most exciting development projects that is taking place in London.

Based in south west London your role will be to develop and lead a team of
surveyors to undertake reactive, cyclical and planned maintenance projects and the speedy turn-around of void properties.

The 10-year £450M project involves the refurbishment of some 2000
properties, the building of over 1500 new homes and the regeneration of
leisure and community centres, schools, shops and activity areas. The
buildings & environment manager plays and integral role at the start of
the project as many tenants and leaseholders will need to be decanted to other properties. As such, we are looking for a very consultative, tenant
focused manager.
