PART II and PART III roles – Large Mixed-Use Developments

Job Description

My client has won a number of large retail and urban regeneration projects and as a result will be looking to take on numerous contract staff in the New Year. The practice is centrally located and consists of approximately 40 Architectural and design staff. Their portfolio consists of the following:
- £250 million 2 phase development that includes the refurbishment of an existing shopping centre and as well as the design and development of new build Residential Apartments above. This project is currently in the planning stage.
- A £150 million extension to an existing retail development including Residential Apartments, Restaurants and Bars. This project is currently in the tender and construction documentation stage.

Roles are available for Part II Assistant Architects and RIBA qualified Part III Architects. Prior experience working on large-scale projects (up to £250million value) is preferred as well as a background in retail or residential projects. The various projects currently being worked on are at different stages so candidates with experience at all RIBA work stages are encouraged to apply. The practice uses Microstation V8 and proficiency using this CAD program is required.

There are opportunities for temp to perm roles for interested parties as well as strictly contract roles only.
