A local London practice is looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join its team and help the business to grow.
The duties of the role include:
- Party Walls
- Stock Condition Surveys
- Contract Administration
- Dilapidations
- Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
- Defects Analysis
The ideal candidate must have basic experience of core Building Surveying competencies as my client is looking for the successful Building Surveyor to be able to hit the ground running.
