Job Description
To support our lead urban planner. Salary is negotiable.
Candidate requirements are:
· 6+ years’ relevant experience including commercial experience in the private sector
·Experience also to include urban development – whether with a local authority or development agency working for developers
·First degree or post graduate qualification in urban planning
·Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute or other related institute
·Experience of the following:
Urban regeneration
Public inquiries
Team and project management
·Track record of winning work
