Preferably coming from a Quantity Surveying background with formal qualifications at Degree level this will be an opportunity to earn on a fast track basis as our client rewards on proven results and is prepared to pay a top salary.You are likely to have had a minimum of 7 – 8 years experience in estimating in the current UK market, and will probably have had most of your career in the sub-contractor sector, specialising in making money below ground. Age is no barrier, however this will be a fairly intensive role and to minimise travel the successful candidate will need to live within 1 hour’s travel of Wembley stadium.The project package values that will be priced range up to £15m, being at this stage the demolition, groundworks and reinforced concrete elements of projects. The company has an annual turnover currently around £60 million and is increasing its market share consistently.The clients current work is mainly inside the M25. Only candidates legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.
