Our client is one of the top 5 contractors and is opening up a new civils orientated division based in the south-east. We are currently looking for graduates who have a recognised tertiary qualification, 2 -3 years experience after qualification, preferably with contractors, an ability to absorb information and to progress rapidly when presented with the opportunity.
Build or civils experience would be equally acceptable as the work will predominantly be civils driven but will have considerable build elements in the overall schemes, this would mean that suitable candidates include those who have had experience in the water industry.In return we can offer a structured training and development programme with tailored PDP’s (personal development plans), for the successful applicants, salaries also exceed the industry averages, as you will be in the top 20% of graduates.
