With the focus on OMB's and mid corporate sectors (transsactions from £1-£100 mill) this organisation has over 30 specialists in 11 locations plus an international function. Your roel will involve raising finance, sales, acquisitions, MBO's / MBI's, mergers, integrations, feasibility studies, project appraisals, loss assessments and non-exec Director appointments.
