Job Description
A well regarded London Local Authority requires an assistant planner to support their busy development control team. The role would consist validating planning applications and dealing with telephone enquiries from the public which would require some knowledge of permitted development guidelines and of the department’s supplementary planning guidance. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a planning degree or good hands on experience with planning validation.
