Major development Projects Planner Location: London
Ref: 6712
A well respected London Local Authority requires an experienced planner within their development Projects team. The main aspect of the role is to provide specialist support to allocated major development projects while undertaking negotiations on allocated major development schemes.
The projects themselves will involve large-scale developments & liaising with relevant council directorates, local communities and other organisations to monitor completions. The successful applicant would have at least 2-3 years hands on experience of development control within the UK or significant experience overseas & be able to Initiate progress and prepare bids for funding of complex development, environmental programmes & oversee their implementation with minimal supervision.
This is an ideal role for candidates wishing to progress into a varied development scheme role within a forward thinking exciting team environment.
Pay rate £ dependant on experience, my client is open minded for the right candidate
