Required Attributes and Experience:

The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have up to 3 years practical
experience and will have gained some experience with a Sub-Contractor and
preferably with experience of fitting out commercial properties. Assistant
Quantity Surveyors with other construction related experience will also be considered if they show the right drive and determination to succeed within a technically challenging environment. You will have a focused attitude, and excellent communication skills and must be able to work as part of a team and possess a high level of motivation. Ideally you will also have an HND or equivalent qualification and might even still be
studying day release towards a degree.

The salary will be dependant on level of exposure to the industry and can
go beyond the stated level above. Bonus and additional benefits also make up the package. The group are a recognised performer in industry within
