Established civil engineering contractor has an exciting opening for an experienced Estimator to work in their rail division. You will be responsible for planning, supervising and controlling the project tender process including agreeing a tender strategy with the Chief Estimator and business unit manager. Suitable applicants will have a mixed background including working for a national civil engineering/rail or sub contracting organisation backed with a minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience. You will need to be widely experienced in tender/bid proposals for rail engineering projects for new build and maintenance projects.
