Job Description

You will have at least 12 months’ experience of dealing with Void rehabilitation works. Your duties will include inspecting properties, preparing specifications, liaising with contractors and housing departments on the progress of works and post inspection of works upon completion. You will be HNC qualified and have a vehicle available for business use.
Long contract available.
