Job Description

Long term contracts available, dealing with the inspection and assessment of Council owned properties, out buildings and amenity areas to ascertain repairs/remedial/improvement works required.

You will be required to prepare specifications/schedules of works and promote and develop a close working relationship with consultants employed by the department and where required work under their direction on major improvements programmes.

You will have a sound knowledge of the construction of properties, Experience of undertaking similar type of works, preferably with a Local Authority or similar. Able to use MS Word and Excel.
