Job Description
Required with the utmost haste, one proactive Team Manager with good general admin skills and a confident telephone manner as well as excellent diary management skills. You will provide secretarial and administration support to the Manager and his team on this prestigious rail project based in North West London. Key responsibilities will include the organisation of meetings and the production of supporting documentation, the development and maintenance of office practices that will allow management teams to become more effective. In addition you will carry out general office administration duties and ensure that work processing and document distribution is completed to a high standard. (This includes diaries, appointments, timesheets, expenses, car hire, travel arrangements and purchase orders.). Also assist in the maintenance of computerised databases as required and act as the minute taker for Line Managers, should that be required. A secretarial qualification or similar is required and ideally you should possess a minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role. This is a minimum six month contract position.
