Job Description

A North London Borough is looking for a readily available, qualified planner with extensive experience of planning enforcement and experience of supervising other planning staff. Your team will be central to realising the Council's aim of transforming the Borough into a major business and cultural centre where people choose to live and work.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for managing and co-coordinating
all the boroughs enforcement actions. You will manage a team of more
junior members of staff and be required to undertake casework on more complex applications, appeals and enforcement actions. You will also
contribute to the DC management team and contribute to wider corporate
initiatives. You must be a qualified planner and be an able manager with
3-4 years experience in UK planning work and with particular experience of
enforcement issues.
