Job Description
YOUR ROLE would be to work closely with the Project Manager, being involved in the selection and appointment of the fit out contractors as this development progresses.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS should be either a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or in Construction Management or a sound Trades background with reputable employers. You will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in Hotel fit out work. This experience should predominantly be site based working for a main contractor, developer / builder or management contractor, with time spent in the design office an optional bonus.Experience should indicate that you have worked on major projects, prestigious or high profile developments, and an obvious desire to progress your career path. You will be expected to work a 5 ½ day week and will be well rewarded for your commitment. Only candidates who have worked in the UK and are legally permitted to live and work in the UK should apply.
