Job Description

You will need to have completed some formal education in Building or Civils related disciplines, be able to programme and run a project, produce method statements, have a clear understanding of current Health & Safety legislation, liaise with clients and statutory bodies, be capable of running a safe and commercially profitable site within given time scales.

The area covered by the company is generally within reach of the M25 and there are further permanent requirements for a Site Manager / Senior Engineer to cover the northern sector and adjoining counties, whilst another post extends from the southern M25 to the south coast. In return you will be paid above the industry average as you will be able to demonstrate that you are capable of bringing in successful contracts.
