Job Description

A Pivotal role in providing a support service to all the Council’s building users in the day-to-day management of assets. The suitable candidate will have experience in providing construction-related services to Schools and corporate buildings and will have an Engineering Services or other construction based background. Already familiar with the establishment and operation of a service providing planned and cyclical maintenance of public building, the suitable candidate will work closely with administrative support staff and a team of construction professionals
to deliver a first class service in all aspects of maintenance.

The suitable candidate will manage term contracts for all trades and will
set up innovative techniques to develop liaison between contractors and customers.
