INVESTMENT ANALYST / ASSISTANT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: London, West End

Duration: 6-12 Months

Rate: £19-£22p/h

European real estate investment and fund management firm focusing on significant retail, office and mixed-use assets and developments requires an experienced Investment Analyst / Assistant Development Manager. The firm has assets under management exceeding Eur 2.5 billion across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, The Netherlands and Spain.

Main Skills:

The firm has an active investment arm with, amongst other projects, a number of incomplete development projects and the role will be partly responsible for the financial aspects in the deliverance of those projects to include:

• Property level financial analysis including
  
• Equity/Debt Modelling
  
• Structured Return Modelling
  
• Return Risk analysis
  
• Cash flow analysis
  
• Prepare financial models for complex investment structures
  
• Assisting with the review of legal documentation and due diligence materials
  
• Liaison with external professional advisors
  
  
  Experience & Qulaifications
  
  • Expert Financial modelling using Excel
    
  • Argus/Circle/Kel experience is desirable
    
  • Property background/experience is desirable
    
  • Effective written communication skills
